Nurses for Care workers

Description

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate nurses for care worker positions in Australia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Indian job market and possess a strong desire to provide excellent care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home care setting
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• IELTS score of 5 or PTE 36 mandatory.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call coverage as needed
