Nurse Educator

We are looking for a Nurse Educator & Quality Controller to join our team to lead the educational activities and quality control of the health records.

Educational Qualification: MSc/BSc Nursing Candidates

Experience:

Nursing: 3 to 5 years of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred).

Educator/Teaching: At least 6 months to 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching nursing students on our process and methodology of conducting Health Check-up camps.
• Reviewing educational material.
• Documenting the progress of nurses.
• Proficiency of handling medical equipment.
• Educate nurses in the use of new equipment, supplies, and instruments.
• Orient Dentist and Doctors on our Health Check-up Program.
• Conduct quality control checks on all our customer health records.
• Generate Reports after 100% completion of quality check of the records.
• Maintain and track Quality Reports of all our customers

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, critical thinking and leadership skills.
2. Relevant training and/or certifications.
3. MS Office experience would be an added advantage.
