Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our Mobile Health Clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to underserved populations, supporting the delivery of medical care, health education, and preventive services.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Assist the doctor with patient examinations and treatments.

Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed.

Conduct basic diagnostic tests and procedures (e.g., blood pressure measurement, glucose testing).

Provide wound care and dressing changes.

Health Education:

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Promote healthy lifestyle choices and self-care practices.

Clinical Support:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization.

Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with other healthcare providers.

Community Outreach:

Participate in community health initiatives and screenings.

Assist in organizing and conducting health camps and awareness programs.

Administrative Duties:

Support the Clinic Manager in daily operations and reporting.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a community or mobile health setting.

Licenses: Valid nursing license

Skills:

Proficiency in clinical procedures and patient care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Fluency in Kannada
