We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Head - India to manage and expand our sales through the India Mart/Online platform. The ideal candidate will be a person with a proven track record of selling products on India Mart / Online and will be given the opportunity to build and lead his/her own team in the near future. This position is based in Gurgaon, the position offers competitive salary with full time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • India Mart Sales Management:
  • Manage and optimize our India Mart product listings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads generated through India Mart.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales on India Mart.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Team Building:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives as the business grows.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling INNOW's products and services.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • Proven experience in selling products on Online Platform India mart.
  • Experience in GEM is a plus point.
  • Strong understanding of Online Platform India marts platform and features.
  • Experience in Water Chemicals is advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in team management or a desire to build and lead a team in the future.
  • Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment products is a plus.
