Education : BE/B.Tech - ECE/EEE/Mech

Experience : 12+ years

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating NPI (PCBA)Builds based on demands raised from designer
• Monitoring CTBs and Risk procurements for scheduling PCBAs
• Focusing on Vendor Development for NPIs
• Coordinating reconciliation of kits
• Coordinating Design for Manufacturing, Testing & Experimentation (DFM,DFT & DFX)
• Coordinating ECN, Deviation, Assembly Instructions and RCAs
• Plan & Execute NPI Programs - Procurement/Run BOMs to Production Release
• Coordinating Assembly & Test Processes - targeting production KPIs: Yield & Cycle Time
• Coordinating PO releases, approvals, ETAs, Goods Receipt etc
