This position is based out Tirupati, AP
JD:
.Collaborate with the same cross-functional team to coordinate for EVT, DVT, PVT & ramp to achieve Product launch timing.
.Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
.Manage overall capacity plan, including coordination of equipment, fixture & materials for ramp.
.Ability to build, maintain and manage reports, KPI, data analytics and create business visual dashboard.
.Identifying program risks, determine impact to business, and drive mitigation plans.
.Be responsible for operational readiness of new production, Drive manufacturing efficiency and yield improvements for post-ramp products.
.Maintain and grow a constructive, highly collaborative culture, Build relationships and collaborate with CM's, Engineering, Supply Base, Supply Chain, Product Management and Technical Operations to take product(s) into mass production.
.Influence and escalate across functional program teams to arrive at best business decisions.
.Lead cross-functional teams through the development phases from pre-quote through to product launch ensuring project deliverables meet all customer/commercial and regulatory requirement's.

Leading or participating in cross functional team
Over 5 years experience in leading CFT Team and managing CM's.
Excellent knowledge of and experience in Operations processes (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier operations, NPIBachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree/work experience in a related technical field.
Ability to work independently without Supervision and a flex schedule to support the business requirements of customers and team members located in NA, Brazil and Asia.
