Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As an NPD (New Product Development) professional at DERMATOUCH, you will be responsible for managing and launching new dermocosmetics products. Your day-to-day tasks will include product initiation to product launching steps and functions.

• Basic experience in new product development within the skincare or cosmetics industry
• Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences
• Ability to conduct cross-departmental tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong follow-up skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for skincare and knowledge of dermatology principles (preferred)
• This is not a formulator requirement
