Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an NPD Assistant. As an NPD Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the New Product Development (NPD) process and assisting the NPD Manager in various tasks. This is a full-time position based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in new product development or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist the NPD Manager in coordinating and managing multiple new product development projects
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launches
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the NPD Manager
- Assist in conducting product testing and validation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all NPD activities
- Support the NPD team in other administrative tasks as needed
