Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries via email, chat or social media in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department or team member
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
