About The Company -

Success & Beyond HRis a 10-year-old Executive Search firm specializing in Executive Search services for theBFSI Industry, focusing on Middle and Senior level Talent Search based out at Goregaon West.

Designation- Consultant /Senior Consultant

Work Days- 5 (Monday to Friday, all days work from office), Alternate Saturday working

Work timings 10.00 am to 7:00 pm.

Work Location- Goregaon West (5 mins walk from the station)

Job Profile -

Understanding Job Requirements

Collaborate with Managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, including industry-specific requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, head hunting and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates matching the parameters of the job requirements.

Candidate Management

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates following interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.


  • Placing Candidates:

    • Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and clients.
    • Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing support as needed.
    • Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-placement to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues or challenges.


  • End-to-End Recruitment Process:

    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding and post-placement support.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in excels

  • Ideal Candidate -

    • Any Graduate / PG / MBA with strong English communication skills.

    Experience in Non IT recruitment.
