* To receive & complete the client requirements of Lateral Hiring by delegating the work

* To Coordinate with the team members and create a systematic process

* To Maintain Database & Tracker sheets to develop the pipeline and develop the business

* To be able to complete the clients requirements within the said timings/dates

* Should use innovative and attractive strategies to increase business opportunities and build a healthy team

* Should take strategic measures in identifying the right talents for within Company & for Clients
