NON-IT Recruiternet Manager- 7 to 13 years- consultancy

This is a full-time role for an IT/NON-IT Recruitment Manager with 7 to 13 years of experience in a consultancy role. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates for positions. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru, India.

• Network Administration, Troubleshooting, and Network Security skills
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to source and screen candidates
• Conducting interviews and selecting candidates
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
