Non-IT Recruiter Job Description:- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating salaries, and explaining benefits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
