Job Description

JMIN is looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter with significant experience in the USA construction sector to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction roles, and a deep understanding of the industry's unique requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the construction sector.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on hiring strategies.
  • Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage a robust candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the construction sector.
  • Employer Branding: Promote JMIN's employer brand to potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 years focused on the construction sector in the USA.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific hiring needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for non-IT roles.
