Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities across various non-technical sectors such as banking, finance, marketing, sales, human resources, and customer service. The successful candidate will support our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Applications: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Job Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Data Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates to improve hiring processes.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
