Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Non IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Non IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various non-IT positions. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a non-IT domain
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to determine suitability of candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and job fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and finalization of employment terms
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
