We are currently seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in recruiting for non-technical roles across various industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and FMCG. The candidate should possess a keen understanding of the diverse skill sets required in non-IT fields and be adept at identifying and attracting the right talent to meet our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality talent for non-IT positions. Oversee the recruitment process from initiation to the final hiring stage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to clearly understand the job requirements and candidate profiles for different non-IT roles. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms tailored to non-IT industries to build a pipeline of potential candidates. This includes social media, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Interview and Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and assist in the decision-making process. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview experience for all parties.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of labor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry updates relevant to non-IT recruitment. Apply insights to improve recruitment tactics and processes.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Indian labor laws and organizational policies. Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment processes and decisions for audit and analysis purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in non-IT roles and industries.
- Familiarity with various candidate sourcing techniques and platforms suitable for non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of regional languages considered a plus.
