Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter at Prometheus Consulting Services. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the hiring process and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with hiring processes and techniques
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a must
