The Non IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the best candidates are identified and selected. Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for non IT positions within the company
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including extending offers and negotiating salaries
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources, such as job boards and staffing agencies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in recruiting for non IT positions
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
