Non It Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the job market context of India and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in various industries.

• Exp: 2 - 5 years
• Salary: 20 - 25k

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring manager records in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong understanding of the job market context in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to successfully fill positions in various industries
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
