Job Description:Experience required - 6 months/1 year of recruitment experience in the Insurance/ BFSI Domain

Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)
- Mandatory Skill: Applicant must have at least 6 months of experience working in the Insurance domain.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI & Insurance roles.- Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for various positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update candidate databases.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Pay: 10,- 00 - 13,000.00 per month
