Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for our US-based clients, specifically focusing on the healthcare, nursing, electrical, and mechanical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for these fields and a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare, nursing, electrical, and mechanical positions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments, including technical and soft skills evaluations, to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of the role.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on healthcare, nursing, electrical, and mechanical roles.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with US hiring practices and regulations is a plus.
