Job Description:
- Provide strong technical support to ensure winning of new business and ensure healthy retention of existing business
- Should be able to establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand, enhance, support, retain and satisfy clients requirements.
- Should be able to identify red flags and escalations point on time and discuss with seniors for amicable action/resolution
- Should have basic data management skills in creating, managing, maintaining, and updating MIS on the job assigned to him/her
- Should be able to understand, validate and communicate the insurers requirement to the client seamlessly
- Should be capable of evaluating the submissions received from the client and ensure appropriateness/adequacy before communicating back to the Insurers
- Should be able to receive, digest, review and validate claims submissions and should be able to initiate suitable actions ensure timing, completeness and accuracy
- Should be able to Investigate claims, gather necessary documentation, and assess the validity of each claim and should be able to present appropriately with Insurers. Surveyors and Loss Adjusters
- Should be able to build cordial, intellectual and effective relationship with insurer, surveyor and insured for seamless work function
- Should be able to coordinate with internal departments and external partners to expedite operational and claims resolution
- Should be on top of timely closure of customer grievances
- Should be able to maintain comprehensive and accurate records and retrieval of all claims and client interactions
- Should be able to prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use as required.
An ideal candidate should have between 7 to 12 years of experience in Broking/Insurance/Loss Adjusting firms.
