Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up dental equipment, including chairs, tables, and sterilization units, at camp locations.
Coordinate logistical aspects such as transportation of equipment and supplies to and from campsites.- Ensure that the camp area is clean, organized, and conducive to dental screenings and treatments.
Greet and register patients as they arrive at the dental camp.
- Escort patients to the appropriate areas for screenings, treatments, or education sessions.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.- Aid dental professionals in conducting oral health screenings for patients.
Assist in sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment.
- Provide chair-side assistance to dentists and hygienists during treatments, as needed.
Offer support and reassurance to patients during procedures, particularly children and individuals with dental anxiety.
