Job Title: Backend Lead Experience Level: 9+ years Location: Chandigarh Position Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Node.js, along with proficiency in AWS, JavaScript, REST API development, MongoDB, and React. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers. Architect and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and backend systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Node.js development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services. Proficiency in JavaScript and related frontend frameworks such as React. Solid understanding of REST API design principles and best practices. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Can handle onshore team and on time Tickets resolution. Must be good in handling queries of Developers and QAs Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies such as AWS Lambda, AWS. Familiarity with serverless architecture.
