Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side programming, a deep understanding of Node.js frameworks, and a proven track record of leading development teams to success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Node.js developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
• Code Quality: Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architecture: Design and implement scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the application.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Node.js and server-side development.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Koa.js).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL,
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
