Overall experience 2 to 5 years,preferably worked in NOC environment/customer support
Hands-on experience on any one of the NOC Monitoring tools (Site 24x7, Nagios, OpsRamp, New relic, Prometheus, etc.,)
Experience in Linux and Windows server
Willing to work in rotational Shifts
- Experience in IT/Cloud infrastructure monitoring, preferably using the Site24x7 or similar monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems at L1 levels.
- Preferable knowledge of Docker container environments and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Preferable understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure components.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues related to servers, networks, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, hard worker with eagerness to learn technologies.

- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance, availability, and health of servers, networks, applications, and other IT infrastructure components using the Site24x7 monitoring tool.
- Respond to alerts and notifications generated by the monitoring system and perform L1 troubleshooting to resolve issues or escalate them to higher-level support teams.
- Conduct regular checks and proactive monitoring to identify potential problems and address them before they impact the services.
- Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and application support/DBAs, to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues.
- Monitor and track incidents, service requests, and change requests related to the monitoring system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Document and maintain knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides for common monitoring issues.
- Work closely with the L2 and L3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require their expertise.
- Monitor the NOC dashboards, track maintenance for planned activities.
- Will be part of the NOC group working in the night shifts as and when applicable.
