Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
Continuously monitor telecom network performance, including voice, data, and video services,
using NOC tools and dashboards.
- Quickly respond to and troubleshoot network alarms and incidents, ensuring minimal service
disruption.
- Diagnose issues in network elements (e.g., routers, switches, base stations) and coordinate
necessary repairs or escalations.
- Provide Remote Integration Support
- Post Integration performance monitoring.
- Script Creations
- Analyse network performance metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for
optimization.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and network changes for compliance and
operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on network status, incidents, and performance metrics for management
review.
- Work closely with field engineers, technical support teams, and vendors to resolve complex
issues and implement solutions.
