Job Description

  • The Night Club Event Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for developing and managing events in collaboration with franchise stores to drive business development through sponsorships with FTV (FashionTV)
  • The role requires a strategic mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills to drive the success of events and maximize brand exposure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with FTV franchise stores to plan and execute events that align with the brands image and drive business development.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive sponsorships.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to maximize event visibility and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of events, including logistics, staffing, and guest experience.
  • Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events are profitable and align with business objectives.
  • Utilize data and feedback to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
  • Oversee event staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high level of professionalism and event execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business development and event sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure effective promotion and press coverage of events, maximizing brand exposure and business development.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event management, with a successful track record of conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, with a focus on securing event sponsorships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and partnerships with sponsors and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive event success through creative solutions.
  • Proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and ROI evaluation to ensure events are profitable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on team motivation, development, and performance management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
