The Night Club Event Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for developing and managing events in collaboration with franchise stores to drive business development through sponsorships with FTV (FashionTV)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with FTV franchise stores to plan and execute events that align with the brands image and drive business development.
Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive sponsorships.
Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to maximize event visibility and revenue generation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of events, including logistics, staffing, and guest experience.
Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events are profitable and align with business objectives.
Utilize data and feedback to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
Oversee event staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure a high level of professionalism and event execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business development and event sponsorship opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure effective promotion and press coverage of events, maximizing brand exposure and business development.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Proven experience in event management, with a successful track record of conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events.
Demonstrated business development experience, with a focus on securing event sponsorships and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and partnerships with sponsors and vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
