• Job Summary:

FINXL seeks an experienced NISM Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training on NISM certification courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Training: Conduct sessions on NISM certifications, including Mutual Funds, Equity, Derivatives, and Compliance.

• Develop Materials: Create and update training content to reflect current industry standards.

Assess Progress: Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.

Support Careers: Work with the employment services team to enhance participants job readiness.

• Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.

Experience: 2 years in finance or related fields, with prior training experience preferred.Certification: Relevant NISM certifications required.

• Skills: Strong finance knowledge, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
