We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an NGO Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our organization, working closely with our team of dedicated individuals to achieve our mission and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to advance the organization's mission and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of employees and volunteers, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration
- Oversee the development and execution of programs and projects, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and meet the needs of the community
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, donors, and government agencies
- Manage the organization's budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the organization's programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Represent the organization in public forums and engage in advocacy activities to promote the organization's mission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, international development)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an NGO or non-profit organization
- Strong knowledge of NGO management principles and practices
- Proven track record in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
