Job Description

- CCIE in R&S preferred, excellent command over R&S technology including BGP, OSPF.
- Min 6 years of experience in operations working on cisco products
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL process(IM, PM, CM)
- Willing to work in night shifts and extended hours during issue resolution
- Strong R&S with Nexus
Roles & Responsibilities::
- Responsible for solving high priority issues
- Responsible for technical mentor for team
- Responsible to control and drive TAC tickets
- Responsible to provide RCA for P1 and P2 issues
- Call with customer on technical discussions
- Call with customer on RCA discussion
- Working coordination with Problem and change management teams
- Should be driving high priority and high visibility issues to resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a trouble shooting / customer facing environment
- B.E/B.Sc. in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Science
- CCNA, CCNP and/or CCIE (Data Center) (or equivalent certification) preferred
