We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Video Anchor with a strong focus on Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid journalism background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present confidently on camera. As a Video Anchor, you will host round tables, panel discussions, and other video segments, ensuring our content is informative, engaging, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present news stories, special reports, and other content on camera in a clear, engaging, and professional manner, with a particular focus on Tech and AI.
- Host round tables, panel discussions, and interviews with industry experts and leaders in the tech and AI sectors.
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and other team members to create compelling video content focused on Tech and AI.
- Research and prepare for interviews and discussions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the latest trends, innovations, and developments in Tech and AI.
- Maintain a strong on-camera presence, demonstrating confidence, poise, and professionalism.
- Adhere to journalistic standards and ethics, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and impartiality in all content.
- Engage with the audience through various platforms, including social media, to promote content and interact with viewers.
- Stay updated on current events, industry trends, and emerging stories, with a specific focus on Technology and AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a video anchor, reporter, or similar role within the media industry, with a focus on Technology and AI reporting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Experience hosting round tables, panel discussions, and interviews, particularly with industry leaders in Tech and AI.
- Excellent research and preparation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of journalistic standards and ethics.
