Founded by serial Entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay, Snapmint is challenging the way banking is done by building the banking experience ground up. Our first product provides purchase financing at 0% interest rates to 300 Million banked consumers in India who do not have credit cards using instant credit scoring and advanced underwriting systems. We look at hundreds of variables, much beyond traditional credit models. RESPONSIBILITIES
We have a few established products which are doing well in the market, but we have come across new use cases as asks from market. This role is focussed on the building these new use cases and will involve:
- Collaborate directly with Snapmint's founders and top management to refine and align product strategy with broader company objectives.
- Explore new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand product offerings.
- Understand partner goals and pain points to shape product development tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with Snapmint's product and credit teams to conceptualize and design solutions for new market use cases.
- Lead the negotiation of commercial terms, ensuring mutual value creation for both Snapmint and its partners.
- Drive cross-industry collaboration (banking, travel, e-commerce, and others) to innovate and deliver impactful product solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate/ post graduate with 8 years of experience in solid product management experience in consumer facing products preferably from leading Consumer Tech and strategic partnership
- Proven Track Record of Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth
- Must have an extensive network of corporate contacts across relevant industries
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically, understand market dynamics, and identify opportunities for growth.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives independently.
