MANASTIK provides Teleneurology and Teleneurorehabilitation services catered towards the dementia community.

About Us: . Manastik is a Tele-Neurology Startup under Dept of Bio Tech and IIT Kanpur dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for dementia patients and their caregivers through advanced Rehabilitation services. We specialize in dementia screening, tracking, patient history recording, caregiver lifestyle management, and brain games, all aimed at bridging the gap between neurology and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and Assessment:
• Administer cognitive assessment tests to elders
• Visit old age homes to conduct screenings and assessments.
• Primary Research:
• Conduct thorough research on provided potential leads, targeting neurologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists and neurorehabilitation professionals.
• Research on operating procedures of the stalwarts of the NeuroRehab professionals., types of patients they cater to, technology used.
• Doctor Onboarding:
• Establish connections with identified professionals via personalized communication channels such as calls, emails, and meetings to introduce them to Manastik
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the internal team to align onboarding efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Neuropsychology, Healthcare, Business, Psychology, Medical Research). Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency in local language of the city
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in local languages for patient interaction and assessment.
• Readiness to visit and conduct screenings at nearby old age homes.

Locations :

• Any Metro or Tier 1 city applicants are accepted
