Role- Network Voice engineer
Required Technical Skill Set
Voice Server Support, Design, Application/Service Analysis, problem analyzing and project management skills.
Desired Experience Range-8 to 10 years
Location of Requirement -Hyderabad/Chennai
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Voice Architect, Cisco Call Manager, MM Voicemail, Voice design and implementation, 3 to 5 years of Trunks, E1/ T1, CM Server, Gateway and Voice mail configurations
Good-to-Have
Any external certification
Expectations from the Role
Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of our cisco voice system
Responsible for customization / Programming of Cisco CUCM ,Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, CUBES
Support and maintain CUPS,CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy,DSP & VXML Gateway
Experience in Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE)
Knowledge of Cisco unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE),Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution and CUBE.
Scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE/UCCX, Call manager
Expertise on configuration and administration of contact center features
Excellent Knowledge in Voice Gateway and SBC
