Network Specialist (Job Code : J48098)

Resource should be responsible for the following items.

1. Manage and maintain enterprise level LAN/WAN networks.

2. Configuration and management of core devices, switches, routers, wireless access points.

3. Configuration and management of firewalls to secure internal resources and inbound/outbound connections.

3. Monitoring of local and remote networks consists of heterogeneous types of devices.

4. Analysis and troubleshooting of networking and performance issues in physical and logical networks.

5. Understanding and resolving real-time problems reported by local and remote users.

6. Follow the helpdesk processes and SLAs while handling trouble tickets.

7. Reporting and documentation of daily networks and performance issues.

8. Provide on-call support during weekends in need.

9. Provide live chat, ticket and phone based technical assistance to customers.
