Job Title : Network Solutions Engineer

- Required Technical Skills:
Candidates should have
5 to 9 years of experience working on data plane/forwarding plane products such as
Application Delivery Service, SD-WAN, WAN Optimization, Advanced Firewalls, etc.- Thorough understanding of core Networking domain knowledge including DHCP, NAT, Dynamic Routing (OSPF, BGP), QoS.
- Role Expectations/Responsibilities:
Understand the features of
SD-WAN products, deployments, and identify gaps or incorrect deployment methods in customer networks. Offer suggestions to address these issues.
- Address customer queries regarding feature understanding and deployment-related issues. If necessary, engage in calls with support colleagues, partners, and customers to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Experience with network virtualization technologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
- Must have experience in MPLS, OSPF, BGP, LAN, VRRP, SDWAN
