Rahi is currently seeking a skilled Network Service Manager to join our team and contribute to our client, Sea Group. This position offers a one-year contract with potential for extension, subject to client requirements.

Job Description:
Analyze technical requirements and perform Internet routing, network, and system solutioning,
planning, installation and set-up of network and system architecture.
Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures, and
service records.
Work closely with NOC, Technical Project Managers, Network Engineers, and Business units to
provide network operations support, including problem identification, network incident
troubleshooting, vendor escalation and management.
Maintain network performance by conducting network monitoring, analysis, and performance
tuning.
Analyze traffic data, capacity planning for future expansion and optimize routing performance to
lowest latency.
Take initiative in driving and fixing the current network problem/risks and update the progress
on a regular basis.
Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and
whenever required.
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of relevant Infrastructure and ISP experience in a similar role, well connected
to the local ISP industry.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in IDC or ISP networks.
Good experience in DDoS solution design and implementation.
Good understanding and experience of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
Experience on Internet Exchange Implementation and peering initiation.
Familiar with Gaming testing and operation. Understand gaming service logic, able to use
network knowledge to identify the root cause.
Familiar with Cloud and CDN network is a plus.
Drive service escalation and ensure all service outages are restored in a timely manner.
Strong network solution/operation background and communication skills, liaise with partner to
provide root cause, solutions, and updates of the incident.
Show great responsibility for all issues, think deeply to find out the most proper way to help
improve partner services quality and stability.
Adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure.
Required to provide on-call support.
Good communication and coordination skills to liaise extensively with both internal and external
stakeholders.
