JD:-

Operations:- (L2 Resource)

1. Managing the Array Load Balancers, should have good troubleshooting experience in Array

2. Plan and execute the configuration changes as and when requested by IT Team

3. Providing support in 24/7 environment

4. Handle incident management and root cause analysis for all the issues reported

5. Manage the complete Documentation for the managed devices

6. Plan execute the version Upgradation as and when required

7. Configuration of load balancer settings, including health checks, session persistence, and SSL termination if applicable

8. Maintain SLA pre-defined by Customer

Implementation:- (Must to have for L3 Resource)

1. Assessment of current network infrastructure and traffic patterns

2. Deployment of the load balancer hardware or software

3. Selection of an appropriate load balancing algorithm based on system requirements and traffic characteristics

4. Integration of the load balancer with existing network components, such as routers, switches, and firewalls based on customer requirement

5. Testing and validation of the load balancer setup to ensure proper functionality and performance under various load conditions

6. Documentation of the implemented solution, including configuration details, network diagrams, and operational procedures
