Network Field Engineer - Main role is to provide or attain service call with proper solution as per customer Satisfaction with as per our principles guidelines & to achieve sales- Service targets.
Responsibilities
- To attain & Plan Service calls like Warranty calls, per call, Installation call, Preventive maintenance (PM) call, which is received from CC
- Contact the customer before going on customer site & understand the exact nature of problem as well as address/name /contact person /etc.
- Before going to customer site please check all proper material (e.g. replacement spares ) and tools.
- Give feedback to CC before living the customer premises.
- Give knowledge to customer about the problem and how to prevent it if asked.
- To prepare Field Engineer Service Report (FESR) after attaining the call and to take acknowledgment and customer feedback with service satisfaction status.
- FESR should be filled with proper description (Mention m/c number, Department, user if available)
- Faulty spares received in office shall be tested again to confirm the fault. If the spares is faulty then Tag the spares with detail descriptions
- Taking responsibility of material and service billing to payment collection of the work done by the engineer
- Attain Tech forum.
- Attain weekly / Monthly meeting.
- Submit expenses in proper time.
- Repeat call analysis
- Attain training.
- Plan implement & improve service activity to achieve service targets (KPI)
- Continuous improvement of work quality.
Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma Holder
Good verbal communication skills
