We are currently looking for a Network Engineer to join our team. This will be a hybrid position working out of our Pune office located in Amar Tech Park.
Essential Functions:
- Design, plan and implement cloud security architecture
- Ensuring the cloud network is responsive to user demands
- Scaling cloud services to serve growing businesses
- Troubleshooting issues that arise
- Liaising with business owners and/or stakeholders to determine growth plans
- Monitoring usage of cloud network
- Implementing effective security strategies on cloud networks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines
- Develops operational goals and objectives that aligned with the company s goals and objectives
- Ability to resolve network security issues
- Works with other technical teams to provide secure network solutions
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in the maintenance of network solutions
- Strong network knowledge of routing & switching technologies, Cisco CCNP would be beneficial
- Knowledge of VPN technology and at least one of the following firewall solutions: Cisco / Barracuda / Juniper / Fortinet / Palo Alto/Checkpoint
- Experience or familiarity with AWS Cloud
- Understanding of load balancing concepts and hands-on experience with WAF and Firewall
- Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management
