Position Purpose
Reporting to the Head- IT Infra, the role holder shall be responsible for the administration, configuration and management of network, tools and processes.
Strategic Responsibilities
Design and implement computer networks to allow devices to connect and communicate with each other.
Plan and execute security strategies to protect networks from outside threats and prevent unauthorized access.
Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure the network can quickly recover from unexpected interruptions
Operational Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data flows smoothly and promptly.
Manage network hardware and software assets, including servers, routers, and switches.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate network functionality with other systems, such as email and file storage.
Stay up-to-date on new networking technologies and trends to make sure the network is optimized and efficient.
Provide technical support for employees who have network issues and need assistance.
Financial Responsibilities
Manages monitors, adheres and optimizes budgets allocation for the function.

Lead professional development through continuous learning and development initiatives within and outside the organization
Education Qualification
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - B. Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT, BCA
Work Experience
10-15 years of experience as Network Manager
