Technical Support : Provide first-level support for RHEL-based systems and OpenText NMS applications. Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues on RHEL systems. Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system architects, and network engineers. Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve system performance and reliability.
System Administration : Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, system monitoring, and routine maintenance. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of RHEL servers.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient issue resolution with support from L2, OEM and Partners.
