As an Advanced Network Engineerat OneMind Cloud Services, you will be pivotal in providing exceptionaltechnical support with a focus on automation and DevOps practices. This roledemands expertise in network engineering, Ansible automation, Kubernetes,Docker, and Terraform. Your ability to communicate across various effectively platforms is essential for both internal and external customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Ansible playbooks toautomate business and network processes.
- Serve as an Ansible and DevOpsexpert, offering consultation and support.
- Develop and document proofs ofconcept and design blueprints for automation solutions.
- Proficiently use CI/CD DevOpstools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Working Knowledge of Zscaler,Cisco SD-WAN & Meraki
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) in Ansible AWX/Tower for automation and orchestration.
- Manage Kubernetes and Dockerenvironments for network operations.
- Utilize Terraform forinfrastructure as code implementations.
- Provide exceptional customersupport, managing technical issues from inception to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, andtroubleshoot complex network issues.
- Collaborate with developmentteams to address advanced technical challenges.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- CCNA/CCNP certifications.
- Proficiency in Python orequivalent programming languages.
- Hands-on experience withKubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IPnetworking.
- Familiarity with MicrosoftClient and Server Operating Systems.
