About the Role:
Are you a networking expert with a passion for designing, managing, and optimizing cutting-edge IT infrastructure We're looking for a Network-Centric Workplace Technology Manager to lead our enterprise IT operations with a strong focus on network stability, security, and scalability. This role will oversee all aspects of network infrastructure while ensuring seamless workplace technology delivery and exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:
Network Operations & Security (Primary Focus)
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network systems (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless networks).
- Troubleshoot and optimize network performance for high availability and minimal downtime.
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).
- Automate network operations to reduce downtime and improve scalability.
- Conduct network audits, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Microsoft 365 and End-User Technology
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and OneDrive, to drive productivity and collaboration.
- Oversee device provisioning and secure connectivity for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring timely and secure user access to network and IT resources.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and workplace applications, improving end-user satisfaction.
- Lead the ServiceDesk team to meet SLAs, resolve escalations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Cloud and Data Center Operations
- Manage hybrid cloud environments, including Azure and AWS, ensuring secure connectivity and optimal performance.
- Oversee the orchestration of Azure networking components, such as VPN Gateways and ExpressRoute, for seamless cloud integration.
- Administer servers, storage, and backup systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Security Operations to maintain patch management and ensure compliance for cloud and data center systems.
Strategic Initiatives and Leadership
- Develop and execute strategies for IT infrastructure modernization with a focus on network scalability and innovation.
- Lead vendor management efforts, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align IT systems and network infrastructure strategies with business goals and user needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive hands-on experience in managing enterprise networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs) and tools like Palo Alto, Cisco, or Fortinet.
- Proven experience with hybrid cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS, including VPN and ExpressRoute.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar for network and systems management.
- Experience leading IT support operations, managing ServiceDesk teams, and meeting SLA metrics.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
