Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation:
- Design, implement, and manage network solutions for the data center.
- Ensure network architecture aligns with business goals and performance requirements.
- Network Security:
- Implement robust security measures to protect the data center's network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, issues, and improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
