Techno-functional Consultant, NetSuite - Looking for more of Technical

Location: On-site Hyderabad

Duration: Long term contract

Shift timings: 3:00 pm- 12:00 am IST

NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for all development in the existing NetSuite system. Salesforce is integrated with NetSuite for order flow and tracking, along with other third-party systems. NetSuite is the hub of our business and our primary reporting system. The two largest users of NetSuite are Finance and Customer service teams.

The consultant will be responsible to design new solutions in NetSuite to support our financials, Order to Cash and service processes. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and match them to NetSuite capabilities. The consultant will have the opportunity to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, such as Salesforce CRM, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications, using technologies like REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.

Responsibilities:

Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, this includes setting up workflows, custom fields, forms, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data mapping, data flow, data cleansing, and data migration activities to ensure seamless information exchange between NetSuite and other systems.

Develop solutions with scalability for growth, efficiency, industry best practices, and optimally leveraging available NetSuite features.

Explore new features and modules available within NetSuite domain and third-party solutions that work well with NetSuite to respond to new requirements across the business.

Stay up to date with NetSuite product releases, new features, and industry trends. Share knowledge and expertise with the team, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Gather requirements, analyze, design and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing.

Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality

Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and management to define new (and enhance existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long term strategy

Provide training and user support during project phases

Required Experience and Skills:

5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Developer, implementing and supporting NetSuite

2+ full NetSuite life cycle implementations

Thorough understanding of business processes - O2C, P2P, R2R

NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and ERP Consultant are preferred. SuiteAnalytics User and Financial User certifications are a plus.

Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk and Integrations

Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Dashboards, and Reporting and Analytics.

Proficient in NetSuite configuration, including workflows, custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.

Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and system errors in NetSuite.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

7+ years of experience in NetSuite

Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
