Job Description
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite ERP Analyst to help us leverage NetSuite capabilities to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Business Processes: Identify requirements, scope, and objectives related to business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Streamlining Operations: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage NetSuite capabilities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.Manage data imports, exports, and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality.
ERP System Configuration: Translate business requirements into ERP solutions by designing functions and workflows. Manage internal and external resources to complete system configuration changes. Ensure integrations with other applications to support bu
Support:siness operations.
Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users. Troubleshoot issues and resolve system-related problems to ensure smooth operation.
Creating Documentation: Write and execute functional test plans, user guides, training curriculum, policies, and other documentation to support system use and maintenance.
The ERP analyst should have a high degree of technical expertise and business acumen, as well as strong results-orientation, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. They will also need to be knowledgeable about the organization's IT systems.
The ERP Analyst should have 3-5 years of excellent experience managing NetSuite deployments and new integrations.
Shift Hours : 2.30 pm IST to 11.30 pm IST
