.Net Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage end to end project management with very good communication skills and some technical knowledge to manage technical team who works in ASP .NET, .NET core, MVC, Angular and SQL Server and PowerBI

Atleast 10 to 12 yrs of experience

Experience in delivering multiple managed services project

Experience in managing remote and geographically distributed project teams

Extensive experience in planning and managing projects within various SDLC methodologies i.e. Agile and Waterfall

Extensive experience in managing project budgets and managing and controlling project-related costs including budget variances.

Experience in change management and continuous process improvement

Experience in creation and execution of Statement of Work (SOW) agreements

Experience with the project tools recommended :JIRA, MPP

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity and lead through change

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment

Technical knowledge in ASP .NET, .NET core, MVC, Angular and SQL Server and PowerBI

• Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure best practices are followed
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7-12 years of experience in managing .Net projects
• Strong technical skills in .Net, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server, and other related technologies
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in managing projects in the Indian job market context is preferred
